It would be interesting to know whether airlines like Lufthansa are contemplating a return?

Swiss/edelweiss seems to be performing well. Hopefully that may encourage Lufthansa to return

But pretty accessible from London though compared to Scotland. When it comes to hub airlines and transatlantic that's one of the challenges for Bristol. Heathrow is just down the road.

Acl slot report has been published for the winter 26/27 season. New routes planned are Naples, Warsaw ( just announced) and Strasbourg ( assuming Xmas markets )

Would defo be amazing if we do get Frankfurt back by Lufthansa or one of its sister airlines honestly I would have put money on it being done via City Airlines or Air Dolomiti before discover though.

Potentially doing the same strategy as Swiss with Zurich and passing it to thier leisure airline.

Yeah looking at the time above would be awful for connections. But I get why they want to focus on outbound just wish we had another proper network carrier more then klm.
