Dear God, Sobel will still be my MP as my part of Cookridge has been included in the Headingley ward, where if course GALBA are based.
As for Reeves, I hope she loses in Pudsey, even if her Tory opponent has also done zilch to support LBA.

Are you sure? Where only the down the road and we are part of the new constituency which means I suspect this, not maybe in the next GE or one after, but probably will become a safe tory seat eventually.

Am I sure what?
My bit if Cookridge is in the Headingley Ward. We will be outvoted by the student population if Woodhouse, Hyde Park and Headingley. Sobel is very likely to win as much if his support already comes from that area.

It would appear some of Cookridge. It doesn't make sense there is a little indent for it to become Headingley west surrounded by revised Leeds North West. At least LNW get's rid of the clown.

Yes, my bit if Cookridge is the indent . It's everywhere South of Tinshill Road. I'm not happy about it at all. Cookridge as a community is carved in two. Cookridge in the same ward as Woodhouse and Hyde Park is nuts. Loads if objections but it's happening anyway.

The whole review is crackers! I live in East Leeds in the Harewood Ward which is in the Elmet and Rothwell constituency. This is now in the Wetherby and Easingwold constituency - we have great affinity with the area near Thirsk! I don’t see how this is local representation.
I’ve just realised the logic behind this - my sister lives in Easingwold and they must have decided we both should have the same MP to represent us!😂😂😂

Rothwell is in Leeds, but has been moved into the Wakefield constituency, so they vote for Leeds Councillors but Wakefield MPs

If they think that using these aircraft will reduce emissions, then they sadly deluded. Hydrogen gas is made by electrolysis which uses large amounts of electricity and water. And how is the electricity made- could be 'fossil' fuels. ooops

You better tell the likes of Airbus, NASA and Zeroavia that as they're currently working on hydrogen powered aircraft as well.

Hydrogen is a key part of decarbonising aviation. It's up to governments to ensure their grids provide enough clean electricity for their countries needs.

All checked in for my flight to Sydney from Manchester via Heathrow. Been waiting for this trip for nearly a year and now tomorrow I'll finally head to Australia and New Zealand!
If anyone would like to share their local airport news right here in our news area let me know so I can give you the correct permissions to do so. It only takes a couple of minutes to upload a news story with an accompanying image. survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
