Ok I'm going to be greedy, Its impossible to just add 1 route & airline, so here a few from me to start with.

London Heathrow - British Airways (Needs reinstating ASAP)
Paris - Air France (For Sky Team connections)
Copenhagen - Ryanair
Bergen
- Widerøe (For the Scandaniva based LUFC fans)
Berlin - Eurowings, Ryanair
Frankfurt - Lufthansa Cityline (For Star Alliance connections)
Madrid - Iberia Express, Air Europa (Easier Connections to South America)
Barcelona - Vueling, Ryanair (Need more capacity)
Istanbul - Pegasus or even better Turkish Airlines (For Star Alliance connections)
Antalya, Dalaman - Sun Express, Anadolujet or Corendon Airlines (Need more capacity)

My list could go on.
Definitely agree with your list, these are routes and airlines we could easily attract esp with the new terminal, one more to pos add, brussels airlines to Brussels.

Nooo! This cannot get any worser! They’re talking about here the red list destinations which were recently added. It’s Turkey, but that was added ages ago. And they say 7 destinations are added. Only Jet2 fly to Turkey. Dalaman, Antalya, Izmir and Bodrum. Are there any decent local news that know the basics?

There's nothing new here and only Turkey on the red list that is normally served from LBA.

Very true. But what’s annoying is Flightradar24 shows all the Jet2 flights which should have been operating. I wish they was!
Hi - I assume you are referring to the "airport" tab on FR24? If so I have exactly the same problem when producing my daily movements for the Manchester forum as FR24 shows(ed) loads of BY flights that don't currently operate.
We should however be grateful for all the wonderful data that we, nowadays, take for granted.
By the way, I'll be back doing my logs from Monday as I'm currently on a short break.

A false alarm in control tower resulted in this mornings Ibiza flight holding in the loop for several minutes, eventually shut down both engines. I also believe 6 passengers were removed from the flight before it taxied.

Yes I was. I’m great full for all flights that operate. I would say the post at the time was more of a rant. Thankyou for the logs as it makes it easier to understand as I know you always do the logs for Manchester which I appreciate.

Where do FR24 get there feed for these services from? Is it OAG? If so I wonder if they've taken the OAG data that was available prior to Green list/Green watch list etc.

What also I see happening is flights departing on time, on their revised schedule, but because the data they've got recognises the flight number (for example LS831), departs at 10:00 it will show late as it expected a departure at 06:30.

With regards to your question I have no idea how they get feed for the services.

Ive noticed they tend to remove the flights which are non operational after a while. Which makes it easier to understand and is clear what flights will be operating. So soon I’m guessing they will remove the flights from LBA and others which are not operating for the time being.

I wouldn’t say FR24 is that unreliable. I’m always on it and is usually very accurate for the LBA flights. I think in this case as it wasn’t long ago when LS decided to cancel non green flights FR24 hasn’t picked it up and assumed they are still operating.

But agreed you can also use the LBA website to.

All checked in for my flight to Sydney from Manchester via Heathrow. Been waiting for this trip for nearly a year and now tomorrow I'll finally head to Australia and New Zealand!

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
