Can't imagine that a Neo wouldn't be, and they were brilliant last winter at getting into LBA in fog . All the 737s seem to be getting in ok except one positioning flight from EMA.thats doing doughnuts at 8000 feet despite the Viz being 500m. according to FR24..good lets hope they are all cat 3A equipped looking at the current weather
The 733 from EMA landed. A Ryanair just gone in and next up is the NEO from Bucharest OTP.Can't imagine that a Neo wouldn't be, and they were brilliant last winter at getting into LBA in fog . Three holes in the ground full of water! Well well well indeed..........Well well well....
He said…Then I havent missed it - I only included those removed from the website. It's still listed on the website just no flights are on sale.Looks like he missed Leeds/Bradford-Wroclaw then which has its last planned flight into LBA next Saturday afternoon (November 11th)
Whether they do or don't amount to 10% I am still of the opinion there is much more to this. I am sure engine issues are being used as a convenient excuse. I so hope I am wrong, but..........Wizz Air set to cut capacity due to engine inspections
11 Sept 2023 — European budget carrier Wizz Air could have to reduce capacity by 10 per cent over the next six months due to engine.
So do the cuts listed above amount to 10% ?
Do we no how the route was performing? The axed Leeds/Bradford to Wroclaw route has now officially been removed from the Wizz Air website.
When I did my detailed CAA stats earlier in the year it was Wizz's worst performing route from LBADo we no how the route was performing?
Wizz have announced a profit of €523m in the first 6 months of the 23/24 fiscal year, and have secured substantial damages regarding the problems with P&W jet engines in their NEOs. As a result if this, they will have 45 NEO aircraft grounded at the start of 2024, and the disruption is expected to continue in to 2025, with little growth forecast, although they are due to take delivery of 24 new NEOs over the next 12 months.Whether they do or don't amount to 10% I am still of the opinion there is much more to this. I am sure engine issues are being used as a convenient excuse. I so hope I am wrong, but..........
Here you go finger66…..lProfit indeed but will be interested to know how many CCJs etc. are still outstanding as suspect those could put a big hole in that figure. Still not convinced we have the full story here but hope I am wrong and more than happy to be proved so
