Blue Air still going strong with the advertising, today I saw one advert on the side of a bus.

I also popped onto "the other forum" a few minutes ago and saw an ad for BA's flights from BHX to Malaga and Mallorca :)

I've seen quite a few on the number 97.

There were adverts on both the side and the back, promoting their routes to Bucharest, Cluj and Larnaca.

The pale blue advert looked quite striking against the deep red of the bus :)

Click Liverpool have a rather odd (well I think it's odd) article about Jet2 launching BHX to Corfu.

It says that the new route from Birmingham means 'it is no longer necessary to hop on a flight from London' and 'for many people who live further up north or in the midlands, Birmingham Airport is a much more convenient, time saving option compared to driving all the way down to London'.

I'm not complaining about the publicity but it just seems odd to advertise Birmingham up in Liverpool.

I made a brief visit to town today and noticed loads of Blue Air advertisements on the busses along Moor Street.

I didn't notice any Primera though :shifty:

And i saw the Primera Air advert on the buses too but i couldnt get my phone out of my pocket quick enough, Damn :(

I just saw one too, on the number 72, I was driving so no picture.

The 'What can you get for £149' is written in nice large letters but the words New York and Toronto are tiny and barely visible.

You can also get a "FREE HIGH" is you sit on the top deck of WM Buses with the amount of Skunk that is smoked. Awesome Value for money :wideyed:
Just go outside in the town I live in and you get a high. Drove home a couple of weeks ago and the wind was coming over the town and I was high by the time I reached the 1 mile to go marker. Locally the town is known as SWF - Spliff Whiffs Forever.

Just had our Solihull Observer delivered and in there is a whole page readers short breaks advert, places like Prague, Edinburgh to name but two.
All flights from BRISTOL !!
This kind of thing really annoys me
Sounds like a sponsored article.

All checked in for my flight to Sydney from Manchester via Heathrow. Been waiting for this trip for nearly a year and now tomorrow I'll finally head to Australia and New Zealand!

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
