Use this prefix for new threads for Leeds Bradford Airport
I understand that the Boeing 737-700 fleet is gradually been retired and will eventually be replaced by the Embraer 190E-2 's

No 737-700 then??

LBA-AMS service is still showing the 737-700 operating the mid morning rotation during parts of the summer 2021 schedule season (from April 26th to first week in July & from August Bank holiday to end of October)

Hi all,

Long time lurker, first time poster.

The newly arriving KLM aircraft are in fact Embraer 195 E2's configured with 132 seats. Combined with a 24% reduction in per-seat fuel burn and this is a very efficient and quiet aircraft.

Fits perfectly with the airports promise of attracting the quietest, most fuel efficient aircraft whilst increasing seat numbers at the same time.

Let’s hope when they do arrive both the airport and KLM go for maximum publicity regarding their fuel efficiency and low noise to put GALBA and the rest back in their box.

KLM Restart as currently planned, but will be most likely subject to change.

All checked in for my flight to Sydney from Manchester via Heathrow. Been waiting for this trip for nearly a year and now tomorrow I'll finally head to Australia and New Zealand!
If anyone would like to share their local airport news right here in our news area let me know so I can give you the correct permissions to do so. It only takes a couple of minutes to upload a news story with an accompanying image. The news items can then be shared on the site homepage by you. #TakePart #Forums4airports Bring the news to one place!
survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
