also bare in mind, it is a full sector day so eliminates LS getting an afternoon rotation in.
By the way iIn two days time i think they could be one or two new routes announced
They did Olbia before, so a welcome return. Catania is an excellent new destination. Hope Lisbon is back next year too.Two new routes -
Catania (Sicily) and Olbia (Sardinia) have been lunched weekly with our resident airline. Two very good new welcome additions. Not exactly your traditional bucket and spade.
It did in its final years.I hope that it comes back too @White Heather but can imagine that would be a 300 route and depends how busy that fleet is.
As you say some welcome additions. Didn't Olbia start/end in EDI with a transit into LBA?
sicily is a beautiful island and the city of palermo from what i saw of it is like a mini rome!
I only spent one day and a night in palermo, it was actually part of a college exchange trip. travelled down from cozensa in southern italy , did the boat crossing to sicily passing mount etna and onto palermo. Interesting they should drop Murcia esp as its more suitable for those with holiday homes in torrevieja and the places around the mar menor?
