I have just flown back from OPO to MAN with Easy and what a very pleasant experience. The seats are so comfortable compared to Ryanair and the price of just £101.00 was half the price of Ryanair.
If these guys were at LBA I wouldn’t hesitate in using them over Ryanair and JET2....
I prefer the Airbus A320 (G-EZWV) to the 737-800 and find it quieter (just my opinion).....If I had to rate the experience it would be 9/10.

So, based on this logic, if Liverpool is also in Manchester's catchment area, why do they still fly to Liverpool?

A new partnership with Aurigny maybe? It certainly does and the only route I can find is Guernsey. BUT it shows as "operated by a partner airline". Is this a pre-cursor to something else though I wonder? Why show partner flights if there isn't going to be something to connect to?
From an inside source ive been told that when easyjet have a base at an airport they want to be the number 1 or 2 main airline at that base, currently from LBA that is jet2 and Ryanair although with the Ryanair cuts who knows? No Easy Geneva flight this year?
easyJet's German routes from its UK bases are as follows:It would be great if they could be persuaded to do a couple of non based German routes while we have the status quo and often non based flights are at slightly quieter times so there may be the capacity. Thinking specifically SXF and DUS lets see! EasyJet have the benefit of a much stronger footprint than either BE or LS in Germany?
