- Malta becomes easyJet’s latest new route from LJLA
easyJet have today announced another new route from Liverpool for this Summer with a twice weekly flight to Malta commencing in July 2021 as part of the airline’s Summer 2021 schedule.
Malta is currently on the green list of destinations that passengers can travel to without needing to self-isolate for 10 days on their return.
Flights will start on 25th July in time for the peak Summer holiday period departing from Liverpool on Tuesdays and Sundays and seats are now on sale at www.easyjet.com
Paul Winfield, Liverpool John Lennon Airport’s Director of Aviation Development commented, “We continue to work closely with our airline partners looking at ways to offer passengers across the region the best opportunities to still be able to head off in search of some much needed summer sun and we are therefore delighted that easyJet have now chosen to add Malta to their list of destinations available this Summer from Liverpool.
As a destination on the green list, passengers can travel to Malta and return home without the need to quarantine based upon the current travel restrictions.”
