There is a 737MAX for Ryanair UK due soon G-RYMA so at a guess will be Stansted based as it is the 1st in fleet and flew 29th Sept

So I guess if RAK,TIA,AGA come back it RK will have its own designated aircraft won’t it?
If they bring back routes like Marrakech (RAK), Tirana (TIA), or Agadir (AGA), which are outside the EU's air agreements, those flights have to be flown by the dedicated Ryanair UK planes—the ones with the G-registration on the tail. But the good thing is that the UK-registered airline isn't only stuck doing those non-EU routes. If needed, they can also pick up a flight, say from Birmingham (BHX) to a regular EU city, to help balance out the schedule.

The problem at present is they don`t have enough aircraft to transer to UK but I have heard that they might put some on UK register for short while to get round Trump taxes

For me priority is getting Wroclaw,Warsaw ,Gdansk and Katowice back.Im sure Jet2 and EZY can increase RAK and AGA however it would be good to get another airline on that route aswell

Is there really that much demand for flights to Poland still? with Poland bordering Ukraine, and the recent Russia issues, maybe the demand is no longer there?

There is some demand.Bydgoszcz and Krakow have actually increased its frequency for next summer .Poznan and Lodz are 2 weekly

The demand is absolutely there. The increase in number of flights is testament to that - it feels not that long ago (maybe 5-6 years) that Krakow was only served by a 2 weekly Ryanair service. That's almost daily now plus Easyjet (seasonal) and Jet2 are also on the route.

Prices on Polish routes are much higher than they used to be.

There's no reason why war would've really reduced the demand. In fact, if anything, demand has gone up as Ukrainians wanting to travel in and out of their country, now need to travel by land into Poland and then take flights from there.

The Polish people I speak to are still returning to visit friends and family and I've been to Krakow twice in the last 12 months.

I'm really hoping for Gdansk in the next couple of years as it's next on my list in Poland and I'd rather go direct.

Gdansk is beautiful. Katowice and Warsaw-Chopin (or with Wizz) would be high on the list for me. Wroclaw and Rzeszow are also missing

Heads Up!

For some weird reason, my days off work tend to involve being out of my flat by 5am and not getting back until 10pm. Back to work and the regular "fix" of 7.40am to 7.15pm hours
Heatwave Mk2 next week?
Some explosive weather build-ups currently in the North of England. What is it like where you are?
LBA: B737-300 G-GDFK empty down to Paris at 16:15 to operate the return LS268 back to Leeds 20:00 ETA where it will then operate the delayed LS265 to Malaga 20:40ETD
LBA: Albastar B737-800 EC-MUB positioning in tommorow afternoon from Gatwick 15:45 to operate a charter to Lourdes/Tarbes on Friday afternoon 14:00 AP7721 STC
I don't believe I am quite covering enough roles at work. Its now 4 on a bad day, 5 on a good day and there is scope for a 6th and 7th role. Still on minimum pay but had the biggest payrise in the company,
