Yesterday/today's TOM SFB-BRS returned to SFB. Looks like it went out the Atlantic then turned back SFB. Not 100% sure of the reason.
Local rag reports two crew members taken ill. Aircraft returned to Sanford 80 minutes after leaving there. Now expected at BRS at 0530 Tuesday (23rd).

The airport website arrivals page is showing it as 'expected' 0800 (sched time of arrival 0610) and it's on today's list of arrivals. However, there is nothing to indicate that it landed then.the Orlando Sandford flight 375 seems to be having trouble again this week. the return leg from Sandford has gone tech with AOG. now due on 30th May according to the airport but google shows it as landing at 09:17 today. strange.
I'm not aware of the reason. Maybe someone else can enlighten us.Did we ever fined out the reason for the delay on the tom735 last week was?
The Sanford landed at 0603 this morning, seven minutes early!!G-TUIH, Mr Patmore, is the B787 this weekend. Let's hope there is better luck with Sanford tomorrow after the adventures of recent weeks.

It's been operating with full loads, or as good as makes no difference, so far as I'm aware. I'm told the headwinds when flying westbound have been particularly strong since the BRS-Cancun route restarted last month, so it's a plus for the airport that the 787-8 appears able to reach Cancun non-stop under such circumstances.Watched it come off the atlantic up through devon and then towards bath which it lined up for the ils,and as ly says 7 minutes early. It left Sanford about 10 minutes late so made a bit if time up,perhaps had the wind behind pushing.
