They only have MD88's don't they?

Wikipedia says they have four 737's, if that is correct.

I know they used to have MD88s but a lot of them now have been retired and i wasn't sure whether ALK still had theirs.

like the video. It must be a varient of the md 82/83. Looking at it the difference between them i would think the engines.They were like cigar tubes with wings and engines. Thanks for the video Jerry.

The MD88 was similar externally to the MD83. The main difference was a more up-to-date cockpit on the 88. They were quite common at CWL and many other regional airports at one time with the likes of Spanair. The relatively short-lived Paramount Airways also had four MD83s. I did several flights with Paramount.

I flew on a Delta MD88 from Portland to Minneapollis at that front part of the aircraft and it was very quiet, was glad i got to fly on one!

I can't confirm this but i've been told that an oil spill 727 will be arriving around 14.30 tomorrow. I don't if its a touch and go or if it's stopping.

2Excel Aviation has a flight to Helsinki on 2nd, and Jota Aviation has a flight to Sarajevo on 3rd.

I should have added Helsinki returns on 4th, and Sarajevo on the 5th, I think they could be football related flights.

No doubt the Helsinki flights are for the Welsh football team travelling to/from Finland for their UEFA Nations League match against Finland on 3 September.

Wales Under 21 play Bosnia and Herzegovina Under 21 away on 4 September in the Under 21 version of the competition which probably accounts for the Jota flights to/from Sarajevo.

Nothing on the arrival/departure boards for Bulgaria yet. That's the departure times for Helsinki and Sarajevo.
