How about Cologne, Derry and double daily Belfast.

When will we find out? Do we want repeat of the weeks before Primera was announced? 😉

Nothing definate yet on BMIR
But if a second unit is deployed then good news for BHX, they are recruiting for French & German speaking crew at BHX and they are VERY pleased with Premiere Handling.

You would really hope that with a name like Premiere Handling, they would be approaching our Premier Airlines such as Emirates and Qatar ?

Most airlines are currently 'locked in' to contracts with Swissport who do seem to have got their house in order, but the problems they had may well lead to some airlines moving to Preimiere once their contract allow.

Plan is:

3 x daily Scottish route (Loganair flight numbers)
1 x daily Scandinavian route

Scottish based aircraft

Thanks for the heads-up jon01!

Shame we don't appear to be getting a new based craft (at the moment at least). But do you know when the routes will be formally announced/launched?

Cheers,
Neil

This Loganair and Flybe battle across the UK is getting very heated!

It's not whether it warrants the demand, it's just an all out battle between Flybe and Loganair. MAN-GLA doesn't warrant 10 daily flights, but, until either someone goes bankrupt or sees sense, that's what we are faced with.

The airline industry is a silly industry sometimes.
But why Oslo ?? Why not Edinburgh or Glasgow or Jersey ?

It's probably going to use Loganair numbers. Currently a bmi ERJ running the MAN-INV route also for Loganair.

Heads Up!

For some weird reason, my days off work tend to involve being out of my flat by 5am and not getting back until 10pm. Back to work and the regular "fix" of 7.40am to 7.15pm hours
