Airbus A321 LZ-BHK inbound to LBA operating today's BH Air rotation from Burgas. Am I right in thinking the frequent variations in the equipment used on the route is down to aircraft shortages rather than loads? I recall seeing an A330-200 being used on the route last(?) year and only a few weeks ago down to an A319.

I was looking purely out of interest at empty leg biz jet flights and this one was interesting:

Is this due in?

Albarstar sent in Boeing 737-400, EC-LAV which arrived into Leeds inbound from Lourdes as LAV8756 before positioning out as LAV987P to Dublin.
Meanwhile late this evening saw Sky Taxi Saab 340, SP-MRB arrived inbound from Bristol as IGA765.

Yes is the answer. AirX Boeing 737-500BBJ, 9H-YES is due to position into Leeds at 07:40 from Vnukovo then departs back out at 09:00 to Luxembourg carrying the band "The 1975"

Catalan Dragon’s are flying into LBA this afternoon using a Carpatair Fokker 100, YR-FKA which is due in from Perpignan at 14:30 as V32207 for the game against Castleford Tiger’s RLFC. The aircraft will night stop before operating the outbound V32208 at 20:00 back to Perpignan.

Meanwhile Wakefield Trinity Wildcats RLFC are chartering Eastern Airways aircraft to fly them from Leeds/Bradford to and back from Perpignan next Saturday for there away trip to face Catalan Dragons RLFC. EZE9511 will depart out at 08:30 and return later that same evening at 23:00 as EZE9512. My guess is that they will use the Leeds based Saab 2000 which normally sits around doing nothing over the weekend.

I suppose one reason this flight isn't on the arrivals screen is that LBA, HM Government and others would prefer these flights had a low profile, so as to avoid attracting the wrong kind of attention. However now it's in the public domain little point in keeping it hush-hush.

It was announced and reported in the press late last year that the UK government has agreed to resettle 20,000 refugees in the UK by 2020, Councils in Yorkshire and the Humber will resettle around 1,500 of them refugees along with others heading to Newcastle, Belfast, London and Scotland. Charter flights are normally operated inbound from Lebanon & Jordan

All checked in for my flight to Sydney from Manchester via Heathrow. Been waiting for this trip for nearly a year and now tomorrow I'll finally head to Australia and New Zealand!
If anyone would like to share their local airport news right here in our news area let me know so I can give you the correct permissions to do so. survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
