RAF Typhoon ZK379(Rebel 59) being vectored onto ILS runway 32(1020) for go-around with a female pilot !
I wonder if it was the girl that featured in the TV series showing pilots training in Anglesey & the USA to fly the Typhoon. She didn't get posted to that squadron but said she wasn't giving up and would be taking the exam again in the hope of moving to the Typhoons.

Centreline Aviation, aka 'Clifton' appear to be increasingly busy around here. Not quite on a par with NetJets but good to see nevertheless.

Not quite as busy as you would think.
Harpin Phenom G-HNPN is resident at LBA and always quite active, operating on the Centreline Aviation operators license

The Falcon 2000LX G-PULA is owned by the owner of Bristol City hence been in twice as his team were playing locally

DA-42 N242CV carried out ILS approach and go-around(1430) f/t Leeds/East
Parked on Multiflight/East apron was RAF Prefect ZM318 plus one other undentified and a pair of Dauphins EI-GJL and EI-PRO,

Might have been a change of plan, as its just turned inbound towards MAN.

Probably the crews are scared of bringing it here encase the break it with a hard landing on a wet runway 14. Also for crew means they get to go home a bit earlier and spend more time in Pub tonight!

PS: Please do not take the last bit seriously

Perhaps the crew were feeling "bitter"

All checked in for my flight to Sydney from Manchester via Heathrow. Been waiting for this trip for nearly a year and now tomorrow I'll finally head to Australia and New Zealand!
If anyone would like to share their local airport news right here in our news area let me know so I can give you the correct permissions to do so. It only takes a couple of minutes to upload a news story with an accompanying image. survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
