The 225-bedroom Hilton Hotel Manchester Airport is on the market with a price tag of £28.2m, the Evening News reports. Royal Bank of Scotland is selling its portfolio of Hilton hotels across the UK and hopes to raise around £200m.

The other properties are at Warwick, Bracknell, Brighton and two in Glasgow. CB Richard Ellis Hotels is advising RBS on the disposal programme of hotels comprising 1,336 rooms on an individual or package basis.

The Hilton Manchester Airport offers extensive meeting and conference facilities and is reported to have good rental growth prospects. It is let to Hilton until 2021.
