According to FR24 it went back to Dubai.
Meanwhile, A6-EUQ has just arrived again (she was stuck at MAN from Saturday until Tuesday I think it was) and is one of four repatriation flights currently planned today into MAN.

An Etihad 787-10 came in on Saturday morning, the return flight cancelled and then it parked on a remote (think stand 116?). Has this since departed?

It’s been reported over on the Skyscraper City forum that yesterday evening an airbridge collapsed on Pier 2 with potential damage to a Jet2 aircraft.
Anyone have any news or even photo’s? I can’t find anything on social media.

Fire service was spraying the taxiway around midday. Must have been melting. Anything missing the fast turn off then had to backtrack.

Indeed. We watched the Emirates doing a merry dance. Seemed to be something between A2 and A3.

Of course. I'm old school and remember it when it was runway 06 and 24 and momentarily forgot what it was when it was recalibrated. I thought when 05 was in use it was 05R for landing and 05L for departures so they didn't have to use the loop?

There was an issue with 05L. What happened last night was worse case scenario.

Was it a pot hole? These things happen at all airports, I just wondered that's all.

I`m sure someone can answer but I believe work was being done on taxiway and the tarmac was melting and that is why fire brigade were down hosing it down

Might be wrong area to post, but by being a bit away from usual work area i saw jet 2 on 58 on a couple of occasions this week. Anyone know why? Also a tui on 12 getting work done on engine?
