No plans to demolish Olympic House. It’s the airports offices. Da management.

No…the black tower block…sorry I can only describe it as this.
There are two tower blocks, one with the old tower on top and the one directly next door…I was wondering if both of these blocks will be demolished?

Ah gotcha. . They're actually attached to each other. In theory both should go, but again the future of T1s infrastructure gets more ambiguous as time passes.

Would anyone have any idea as to why there is a huge issue with OTP on the same flights every day? Etihad, Gulf, Qatar, Emirates, and EgyptAir, to name a few, all seem to have frequent delays, whereas some transatlantic flights and Hainan seem to do a lot better.

I have noticed this on FR24...I can only assume ATC restrictions (slots) / weather related en route...from what I can tell, ground ops are usually completed on time, so all passengers are on board, just a case of waiting...

“With our long-term aircraft delivery stream in mind, the Group acquired additional premises at Manchester Airport to build a second aircraft maintenance facility which is expected to be operational from late 2025. This property, which is located next to our existing facility, gives us the opportunity to further build our base maintenance capability and support our growing aircraft fleet over the coming decade”

So, I assume that's the Air Livery unit.

I've only seen one short clip of the incident and I thought there wasn't enough footage to make any judgement. The footage I saw also appeared to have a break in the footage.

It is likely the police officers had a personal camera and the airport Ports Unit were almost sure to have been covering the incident in the run-up, during and after the incident providing the continuity required to fully understand what really happened.

I'm out of the UK at the moment so I don't know what has happened following this. If the case has been forwarded to the crown prosecution it maybe best if we leave it undiscussed.

All checked in for my flight to Sydney from Manchester via Heathrow. Been waiting for this trip for nearly a year and now tomorrow I'll finally head to Australia and New Zealand!

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
