Interestingly whilst looking at the routes that operated in W24/25 vs those scheduled for W25/26, there are actually 7x New Routes now operating. with 32x additional weekly departures, that's an increase of 23% increase in flights year on year.

I think the schedule for our 5x based units is now pretty full but there's still a chance of new routes from away bases so things still STC.

Thanks Nwoody for info and an interesting list, great to see a busy schedule but what happens to the aircraft in Nov/early Dec up to starting ski flights ? Also im surprised that PMI runs thru winter as I’ve been there in November & pretty much anywhere other than Palma is very quiet or closed, I would of thought more Milan would of generated more £
But great to see easy expanding and I hope for more to come in 2026

Schedule more or less complete just one slot to complete on the Tuesday after the KEF flight.

If I was a guessing man I’m gonna say Verona

What does blow my mind is the different between the Summer'25 and Winter'25/26 Schedules:

Summer'25
  • 5x Based Aircraft
  • 32x Routes
  • 7x New Routes
  • 138x Weekly Departures
  • 49,500+ Weekly Seats*
Winter'25/26
  • 5x Based Aircraft
  • 32x Routes
  • 7x New Routes
  • 170x Weekly Departures
  • 61,000+ Weekly Seats*
* assumed 180 seat A320's

The joys of longer Mediterranean routes being flown in the summer being replaced with shorter European city breaks for the winter....

More local flights like Edinburgh,Glasgow Belfast Amsterdam Paris

I’m Already planning and thinking ahead for next summer already 😝

With bhx been taken over in the nearby future what could we expect in terms of aircraft.I think it will be at least 2 or 3 aircraft.

Routes for next year for easyjet have to be pinpoint brilliant especially for summer
Funchal,Paphos,Athens,Naples,Madrid,Zurich and maybe Zante

Just a point BHX is not being taken over Maqure will own 26.5% equity of the airport therefore they are not in control all the other existing shareholders remain so I'm not sure what this holds for us particularly given what Maquire are.

Maquarie won't have any direct say in " extra aircraft " at BHX. That is ultimately up to the airlines. Hopefully though, we will grow with their assistance.

Ryanair are huge at BHX compared to EZY
Seat wise yeah.Ryanair only probably seem happy with the routes they currently serve at bhx

EasyJet actually look at places where they actually can get great money for. With the takeover as I mentioned earlier this will likely increase aircraft availability at bhx for easyJet for which that is up to them

All checked in for my flight to Sydney from Manchester via Heathrow. Been waiting for this trip for nearly a year and now tomorrow I'll finally head to Australia and New Zealand!

survived a redundancy scenario where I work for the 3rd time. Now it looks likely I will get to cover work for 2 other teams.. Pretty please for a payrise? That would be a no and so stay on the min wage.
Live in Market Bosworth and take each day as it comes......
Well it looks like I'm off to Australia and New Zealand next year! Booked with BA from Manchester via Heathrow with a stop in Singapore and returning with Air New Zealand and BA via LAX to Heathrow. Will circumnavigate the globe and be my first trans-Pacific flight. First long haul flight with BA as well and of course Air NZ.
15 years at the same company was reached the weekend before last. Not sure how they will mark the occasion apart from the compulsory payirse to minimum wage (1st rise for 2 years; i was 15% above it back then!)
