I can see where you are coming from,and,i cannot say i totally disagree.Unfortunately with revenues from flights decreasing due to the lo-cost nature of many flights,airports have to get income from somewhere.It is a catch 22 situation,that no easy fix is coming soon.Getting to BHX at the moment...
Car parking has always been an issue at BHX.I think the powers that be are trying to encourage more people to use public transport to get to the airport.Car park 6 incidently was only given over to staff recently,previously we were in car park 5 along with passengers.Staff have been moved around...

The unfortunate thing about this route is that the roads are very narrow.Going through the Bordesley Green area can be a very time consuming and tedious experience.
I wonderif the tram would run for 24hrs like the bus service?
I haven't seen the route,but I am guessing East Birmingham suggests the Meadway.In turn that means a similar route to the 97.
Now does that mean instead of the 97 or as well as.Perhaps someone could confirm the route.
Either way a lot of work will have to be done to prepare this route for both...

Drifting very slightly on this subject,anyone travelling to the London area for a show or sporting event in the evening will know how difficult it can be to get back for a reasonable time.So I believe a later operating time...
