    This morning around 8am at Manchester Airport T2 - queues of over an hour just to enter the terminal building! Not sure what was going on. A few weeks ago at 9am, nowhere near as busy and straight in and through security within 15 minutes of arriving. Back to the 2021/2022 madness?

    Had an email today that T2 Multi Storey West has been resigned as P3, with T2 East becoming, P1. I assume T2 M&G would be P2? Does anyone know if the T1/T3/JetParks have been rebranded as well? Using a numbering system would make the signage alot less confusing.

The entrance to the ground level arrivals area of the East MSCP has been re-surfaced with markings for drop off, new digital signage for which zone has available spaces and green/red overhead lights to indicate vacant bays.     According to ringwayreports on Instagram, legacy T2 stands to be renumbered 301-308 and become D gates D1-D8? My understanding was that Pier 2 was to become C gates at 301-312 etc so this would make sense for the legacy stands to become 401-408

    Will the new pier or legacy gates include a route from the jet bridges? I can't imagine BA being too thrilled with bussing all of their arrivals over.

    Does anyone know if the internal layout and capability of the flexi stands (as an example 310 and 306) allows for 2 narrow bodies to be handled simultaneously with the jet bridges connected to different flights? Also, will these gates will be numbered as B gates with the legacy 201-211 gates...

    I reckon it's to increase the capacity of Terminal 3 so that Ryanair can expand. If arrivals and departures effectively have their own terminal, the capacity can be increased. It also allows T3 departure lounge to expand into the current landside area if they wanted to. It will be confusing...
