Flew at 6am this morning (well 7 after a slot delay). Absolutely sailed through security about 4:15am not even 5 mins and queue didn’t stop, absolute breath of fresh air. Fast track had 0 advantage. Lounge was absolutely packed though so time in bar might be trying to find somewhere to sit down!

Saw quite a few people looking like they were preparing to spend the night in the terminal when using the jet2 twilight check in this evening - hope they get a hotel room. That’s a long delay!!

Gap showing between Iceland and Israel on the easyJet holidays destinations (you can’t click on it) only new realistic country that would fit there in terms of alphabetical order is Ireland, but find it hard to believe easyJet would go into Irish market up against Ryanair? All very intriguing 🤨...

I agree that the whole thing seems to be shambolic and just awful PR. Having flown loads recently from other airports due to price, now have several flights booked from BHX and dreading them all after latest experience. Many people will feel the same. I really think as previously said...
