    Announcement Time for some changes

Given that was your first post I don't think your uploads are a concern. How about introducing yourself and taking part in one of the forums. Tell us a little about what brings you to Forums4airports, perhaps share some of your aviation related experiences.

    Route Development & Rumours

@Severn has already fired the warning shot. Lets keep this thread about route development at Leeds. Once again, to repeat, I'm more than happy if people want to discuss Trump and his antics in the area of the forum that isn't for aviation.

    Route Development & Rumours

Or maybe other airlines will follow the lead of WestJet in that small is beautiful. The world has changed. Long haul might not always be reserved for wide-bodied aircraft from the hub airports, just maybe, in the future will see more realistic smaller operations supporting both the leisure and...

    Route Development & Rumours

The predictable thing about the aviation industry is its unpredictability, so I don't think anyone can realistically say what will or won't happen decades from now. The immediate reality is that with Aer Lingus pulling out of Manchester long-haul this spring, the 'Leeds option' just became a lot...

Leeds Bradford Airport £100m Regeneration Programme

I hope the airside section will become glazed to let some light in. It has been my biggest bugbear of the old terminal, probably more so than the low ceilings. If they can increase the ceiling hight and bring light into the building it will make a huge difference.

    Bristol vcs fine?

You could always preemptively contact the airport directly and tell them what happened. I really have no idea whether or not it will make any difference but its worth a try. It is very frustrating as a passenger or meet and greeter when you don't know where to go especially as the layout has...

    easyJet

As for advertising the majority if not all of it will be down to the airline not the airport. The airport will promote routes through their website and in the media but the airlines pay for advertising locations around the airport and its up to them to advertising. It maybe that the locations...

Yes I think he has left the business. Possibly has a non executive roll. The post has been soft deleted until such time as a link to the source is provided. Until such time, the sourse was @BCFC.

    Leeds Bradford - General Thread

@White Heather reached out today to share the sad news that her mother passed away this morning at the remarkable age of 106. Because of this, she’ll be stepping away from the forum for the next few weeks. I know we’d all like to join together in sending Heather our deepest condolences during...

A new hub operation will just bring a host of new route possibilities, not necessarily the same routes covered by a different airline so it shouldn't lead to any rotations being cancelled.
