Should the worst happen and the imbeciles aka " Keep LBA a 1960s facility" succeed, are LBA commited to expand the current terminal using last year's planning consent?

I think the fact that less than 2000 felt it important enough to oppose the plans out of a huge population within the airport catchment should be taken into account.
