It's been planned by my mother and father for a while now as they wanted to be close to my sister and their granddaughter. After my father died in February and looking at my own situation I decided to move up with my mum to try and save for a house of my own. The costs are spread more between 2 people than if I'd stayed in Wales and rented on my own.
