The TUI Orlando flight hasn't had to make a tech stop since the days of a B763 on the route. If the Cancun flight has to make a fuel stop there are a number of reason this may occur.

The TUI B788 parked on the Western apron is finally due to leave BRS for LGW at midday tomorrow. The aircraft has been at Bristol since the end of March.

I'm not sure if flights inbound to Cardiff would count towards the BRS night quota, but Superking is correct in that when runway 30 is in use at CWL aircraft are decended to 3500 feet through the Bristol airspace as a more direct route towards final approach at Cardiff.
Air Nostrum CRJ 900 parked on stand 33 currently & a E145 of Valljet (in Eastern Airlines colours) positions in later this evening. The Capatair F100 didn't operate in yesterday, so unlikely to appear later today.
