Looking at current BA and CX non stop flights from HKG to LHR , the flight times , even avoiding Russian airspace is in the region of 14 hrs . I cant imagine flight times to BHX would be much different . That would place a non stop B 747- 400 F from HKG to BHX well within its range capabilities .

TK may see an increase in loads once they start IST to MEL and SYD via SIN come next March. It could also impact negatively on QR and EK .

I’ve seen it mentioned on a BHX Forum site as being the CC2615 , arriving at 0700 hrs and staying for 2 hrs . Time will tell as the saying goes .
